RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange items from your order, we're here to help! We offer online returns within 7 days of the original purchase date for qualifying items. You can return your items for merchandise credit or exchange for a different item.

Qualifying items must have no visible sign of wear or use. Qualifying items must have any original tags attached with a receipt present.

Items that do not qualify for a return are permanently marked down items, skincare products, fragrances, items bought from a previously exchanged order.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM

To return in-store, please return your qualifying items in-store within 7 days of delivery date.
